KRTS Launches Online Forklift Certification Program
CALEDONIA, ON - April 16 2009 - KRTS Transportation Specialists, Inc. one of Canada's leaders in driver training and corporate education, today announced the release of Lift Truck Operator Skills, a new program for training and certifying industrial lift truck operators.
Powered by CarriersEdge, the new program is based on CSA's Industrial Lift Truck Operator Training standard and provides a detailed analysis of lift truck operation and safety for both new and experienced operators. For recertification training, the program takes advantage of the CarriersEdge testing and assessment engine to provide content tailored for each individual's specific requirements.
The online portion covers all areas of the theory and is supported by a final test. Each participant must obtain a minimum of 75% grade average to move forward with the practical portion. When the client arrives at any of the 3 KRTS locations in Ontario to complete the practical, they will do the written test again to ensure the authenticity and accountability of the individual completing the online test.
