We think truck drivers should have access to great training, without having to sacrifice their weekends.

We believe that technology can help solve some of the problems that trucking faces, and that providing the tools, information, and motivation people need will result in more successful fleets and a thriving industry.

In 2005, when we first came into trucking, we saw an industry that had a lot of training needs, and few good options for meeting those needs. CarriersEdge was created to help get more training to drivers, and to do so without disrupting the rest of the business. Since that time, we've continued to expand our core offerings in a variety of ways - adding content in different subjects and languages, and an ever increasing set of management support functions - but we haven't strayed from our core mission of providing best-in-class driver training options for fleets of all sizes.

Interested in becoming a CarriersEdge reseller? Contact us and let's discuss it!

Launched in 2008, Best Fleets to Drive For® is the only annual program dedicated to uncovering the best workplaces in the North American trucking industry. Produced by CarriersEdge, in partnership with Truckload Carriers Association, Best Fleets to Drive For recognizes the for-hire fleets providing exceptional workplace experiences for their company drivers and independent contractors.

Each year, we do in-depth interviews with the 100+ nominated fleets, collect thousands of driver surveys, and identify the most successful programs and emerging trends across the industry. In addition to recognizing winners in multiple categories, we also share those findings through press stories, webinars, and public presentations at various industry events.

Here are some of the things that participants have said about the program...

"We are not only honored but humbled to once again receive this great recognition"
- John Fritzius, Chief Operating Officer, Motor Carrier Service, LLC

"Once again, thank you both for creating Best Fleets! I love the program and what it stands for as well as the impact on the industry."
- Rick Williams, Chief Executive Officer, Central Oregon Truck Company

- Michael Frolick, Director Safety & Compliance, Transpro Freight Systems

"I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for all your efforts on behalf of the Best Fleets to Drive For program and for your efforts to promote companies doing things the right way for drivers. We believe the Best Fleets to Drive For program is a huge asset for our industry and helps to promote everything that is good for the drivers that make the wheels turn for everyone involved."
- Jim Guthrie, Operations Manager, Prime, Inc

Careers

A different kind of job, at a different kind of company.

At CarriersEdge, we're focused on producing great quality products, and satisfied customers. We don't care about being the coolest company in town, having the most amazing perks, or the hippest staff. If you're interested in those things, you'll hate us.

On the other hand, if you're not looking for a social group and just want to do great work in peace, then you may be exactly what we're looking for. We don't care where or when you work, we don't set office hours, and we won't be looking over your shoulder micromanaging you. You'll have minimal meetings disrupting your week, and plenty of time to focus on doing the best job possible. We're growing quickly, but not so quickly that things are chaotic.

On top of that, we offer competitive salary, solid benefits, generous vacation, and a great opportunity to be part of something that actually saves lives.
