CarriersEdge provides a software-enabled service that allows trucking companies to improve their business performance by improving the quality of their drivers, and do so without the compromising long term growth, daily operational needs, or driver satisfaction. The CarriersEdge system and services are available in configurations specifically designed for fleet owners (both for-hire and private), driver services, and driver training schools.
Mission
CarriersEdge is committed to bringing online driver training to the trucking industry, improving the overall quality, profitability and satisfaction of drivers.
History
After more than a decade of providing performance improvement services to leading companies around the world, in 2003 the CarriersEdge founders turned their focus to trucking. Their technology platform - a proven success at clients such as Suncor Energy, EDS, BMO, and others - was enhanced with functionality and services finely tuned to the specific needs of the trucking industry. In late 2005, after more than 2 years of R & D and field testing, the system was launched.
